 Regattas

Grills, food, lawn chairs, canopies and music create a celebratory atmosphere that sets crew apart from many other high school sports. They are all-day fun filled events. Be prepared to bring a chair, sunscreen, and enjoy the day. We welcome families to join us at our team tents to cheer on the team. We will be providing food for the whole family at many regattas this year. 

Regatta Food

We collect $125 per athlete for food. It sounds like a lot – but it provides ALL the food for your athlete for all regattas for the whole season. (A $3 processing fee is added) Please be sure to make your payment by 3/25/24.

HOST A Regatta

We also ask parents to sign up to host 1 to 2 regattas for the season. Please click the button below to select the regatta you will host:

  • Four families will work together to set up, provide food, and clean up for full day regattas and two families will work together to provide food for Wednesday afternoon regattas. 

  • A food list and directions will be provided to host families one week prior to the regatta.  Host families will purchase food, submit receipts, and be paid promptly. Please stay within the specified budget.

  • Everything you need to host the regatta except for the food will be transported to the regatta in the team trailer – from tents to knives.

  • Athletes will be provided breakfast, lunch, and snacks for full day regattas. Half day regatta meal plans will be adjusted.

  • Athletes are required to bring their own water bottle. We will have water available for refills. Other drinks will also be available.

  • More specific instructions will be sent outlining exactly what to do prior to and the day of the regatta.
